At VossieXchange, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use it to provide a safe marketplace for Eduvos students.
When you register for an account, we collect your name, campus, degree, and Eduvos-issued email address. We also store data related to the listings you post, the messages you send through our internal chat system, and your order history.
Your information is used solely to operate the platform. Your name and campus will be visible to other students when you list a textbook. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
To ensure a safe environment, all messages sent through the VossieXchange platform are stored securely. Administrators may review messages if a user is reported for harassment, spam, or violating our terms of service.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including password hashing, to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
